Terms of Service – (Residential)

1. Service Description:

Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, and trash can cleaning for residential properties.

2. Payment Terms and Late Fees:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Acceptance of checks is at the discretion of Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC and may result in a $50 returned check fee if applicable. Payments not received within 15 days of the service date will incur a late fee of 2% per month, backdated to the original service date.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policies:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service.

4. Liability Disclaimer:

Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC will not be responsible for damage to areas with pre-existing conditions such as loose siding or cracked surfaces. The client is responsible for notifying us of any delicate areas before the service begins.

5. Health and Safety:

Customers with health concerns (asthma, chemical sensitivities) should avoid areas being cleaned. All pets and children must be kept inside or away from the work area during the service.

6. Pet Waste:

Clients are required to clean up any pet waste prior to the service. A $15 fee will be applied if the area is not clean when the service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address the issue.

8. Media Rights:

By agreeing to the service, you consent to Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC's use of photos and videos for marketing purposes, including before and after images.

9. Governing Law:

This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with any disputes resolved in the courts of Nassau County.

10. Items to Be Moved:

Clients are required to ensure that all personal items, furniture, and other obstacles are removed from the work area before the service begins. If items need to be moved by Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC, a fee of $20 - $50 will be charged, at the discretion of the company, depending on the amount and size of items that need to be moved.

11. Force Majeure:

Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

12. Indemnity Clause:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s failure to comply with the terms herein or their own negligence in maintaining their property.

13. Right to Refuse Service:

Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present at the property, or if the client violates any of the terms outlined herein.

14. Appointment Delay Grace Clause:

While Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC strives to arrive at the scheduled appointment time, we acknowledge that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to heavy traffic, severe weather conditions, mechanical issues, road closures, and emergencies. In the event of a delay, we will notify the client as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment. However, Isaiah Exterior Cleaning LLC will not be held liable for delays caused by these unforeseen circumstances. The client agrees to allow reasonable flexibility in the appointment time under such conditions.
